Contemporary Jazz Dance Classes

This class is highly recommended for actors and non-actors alike!

Come and explore dance in a fun, inspiring and dynamic atmosphere! Contemporary Jazz Dance encompasses a genre of dance styles and blends Classical Ballet, Modern Dance, African Dance and Funk in the artform. Class will focus on correct technique and how to dance with personality, energy and stage presence -- things you will need at auditions. Some sessions will feature the pulsating rhythms of live West African drumming!

A competitive studio style-based dance team comprised of advanced and inspired dancers ages 14 and up (High School Age, by audition only). Our team travels to 3-5 competitions a year around the metro Atlanta area. EAD dancers are dedicated to their team and work hard throughout the year in competing against some of the most prestigious studios in Atlanta. The chosen styles of dance that the team competes in are Jazz, Lyrical, and Hip Hop.
