ACTING 101 is a "Beginner" acting class for males/females Ages 8-Adult. This class is for students who want to work in the industry on a professional level. Students will learn about improvisation, scene study, monologues, cold reading, voice projection, On-Camera acting, audition techniques, and "the business" of show business. The class is $97 per month with an annual $25 registration fee. ACTING 101 does not put on plays but does provide auditions for plays, movies and TV shows shooting in the Georgia area. Beginner through advanced students may also audition for acting roles in Dominy School's annual musical showcase. Classes are taught by experienced instructors who are working in the industry. Contemporary Jazz Dance Classes

This class is highly recommended for actors and non-actors alike!

Come and explore dance in a fun, inspiring and dynamic atmosphere! Contemporary Jazz Dance encompasses a genre of dance styles and blends Classical Ballet, Modern Dance, African Dance and Funk in the artform. Class will focus on correct technique and how to dance with personality, energy and stage presence -- things you will need at auditions. Some sessions will feature the pulsating rhythms of live West African drumming!

Our team travels to 3-5 competitions a year around the metro Atlanta area. EAD dancers are dedicated to their team and work hard throughout the year in competing against some of the most prestigious studios in Atlanta.
